Keeley put your white dress on
And you’ll become the maiden of the dawn
With your vial of poison you run
A substitute for what was called love
Cause oh, oh we got a slash of devil’s tongue
And it’s displayed across our palms
Where do we belong?
And the moon, gazes on us with empty eyes
Trailing the heal of demise
And we slip in to Edentide
And our isolation is here at even’s fall
With Bella Donnas lacing up the wall
It’s just poison that’s all
Oh Keeley come back from the pine
Before we slip in to Edentide
You never did anybody wrong
And you’ll always be my maiden of the dawn
Cause oh, oh we got a slash of devil’s tongue
And it’s displayed across our palms
Where do we belong?
And the moon, gazes on us with empty eyes
Trailing the heal of demise
And we slip in to Edentide
And our isolation is here at even’s fall
With Bella Donnas lacing up the wall
It’s just poison that’s all
Fantastic album. Very reminiscent of 90s slowcore with an even more beautiful and dark edge. It's hard to find music like this nowadays but I'm very pleased to have found it. Jesse Mullen
Singer/songwriter from Los Angeles, Chelsea Wolfe’s plaintive voice is the centerpiece of all of these chillingly bleak tunes. Watery, sliding orchestration suits the misty and dark environment that she evokes throughout. Unflinchingly stark, the recording suitably ends with a storm. Nickie Harte Kelly

I've been listening to and enjoying this album for like a year and a half but I don't think it fully hit me *why* I jive with Chelsea Wolfe or just how powerful her music is until I watched her room 205 Movie Screen performance...... now frothing at the mouth to see her live so I can gaze into other dimensions big suit david byrne
